Breath is the link between body and mind. We will examine how the breath is used for healing, meditation, movement, and for controlling tesnion, fear, and stress. On a deeper level we will start to explore developing our intuition and relationship to a constantly changing environment.
All levels welcome. Intensity is on par with a gentle yoga class and adjustable to any individual regardless of limitation.
