What Make Systema Beneficial for Youth Today

Children of Ages 5-15, accompanied by an adult. 

No children without an adult, no adults without a child... 
Adults must be caretakers, parents, guardians, big brother/sister or immediate family

$30 for a family of 3 or less
$5 additional charge for every family member over 3
Sign-up at least 48 hours in advance of class required. 
First time particpants please show up 10-15 minutes earlier to introduce yourself and sign a waiver. 

Suggested that you wear loose fitting workout clothes- long pants, and a t-shirt (Shorts and tank tops may leave the skin too exposed to the floor as we roll around and be uncomfortable) No jewlery of any kind. You may go barefoot or wear light sneakers. Barefoot suggested.

Instead of teaching various techniques for various situations, Systema focuses on methods that develop movements that are explosive, effortless, spontaneous and unpredictable all while remaining free of excessive tension or emotion- the hallmarks of a true professional. The result is highly efficient, practical martial application that is both unpredictable and explosive. There are no competitions, no belts, no forms to memorize, or traditions to follow. Instead we focus on examining ourselves, the extent of our limitations, and to see how proud and weak we really are. Systema is also known by another name "poznai sebia" or "Know Yourself."
