Pasquale blends over a decade of experience in:

  • Martial arts instruction

  • Somatic therapy

  • Yoga training (RYT-500)

  • Nervous system education

  • Chinese clinical manual therapy

  • Breathwork and integrative bodywork

His teaching style is warm, grounded, trauma-aware, and highly attuned to individual learning.

Breath & Body grew from Pasquale’s lifelong work exploring how humans move, regulate, and recover.
