class format and what to expect
Expect the unexpected. No two classes or series are ever the same.
Each series evolves around the interests, needs, and curiosities of the participants. We also draw inspiration from the environment, the seasons, and the natural rhythms of the year, allowing the themes and practices to reflect what is happening both within us and around us.
One of our goals is to cultivate adaptability—developing a body, mind, and nervous system capable of responding skillfully to an ever-changing environment.
We also emphasize student autonomy. Rather than creating dependence on teachers, techniques, or systems, we encourage you to take ownership of your health and well-being through practical self-inquiry, exploration, and experimentation. The aim is to develop the awareness and tools needed to continue learning, healing, and growing long after class ends.
