The Movement Lab

The Movement Lab is designed to be a place of self-inquiry to study the principles of movement, connection, and perception that transcends all pedagogies. It is also intended to be a place where movers of different disciplines can widen their spectrum of experience and cross-pollinate both conceptually and socially. Inspired by martial arts, yoga, dance, contact improvisation, parkour, holistic practices, and eastern philosophy.
