This is not your typical fitness class. It’s a breath-driven movement session blending elements of yoga, martial arts, and ground flow to build real-world strength, mobility, and control. Expect to crawl, roll, balance, and explore movement in ways that make your body more resilient, adaptable, and capable.

Pasquale brings over 20 years of experience across martial arts, yoga, dance, bodywork, and personal training. His approach blends Eastern bodywork traditions with practical movement and health coaching to support real-world strength, recovery, and performance.
Based in Durham, Pasquale works with clients to reduce pain, improve mobility, and build resilient, adaptable bodies. He has been teaching martial arts and yoga professionally for over 12 years, and in 2020 relocated from NYC to partner with NC Systema (a local martial arts school).
